Yesterday was a pretty good day. I put in about an hours worth of walking. I usually hate walking, but where we live, the area is flat, and so I don't have to worry about hills. Although that would be good exercise going up them.
Also, yesterday was my husband's birthday, and I bought him a chocolate mud cake. And I didn't have a single piece. Oh, I really wanted to be bad and have some, but I didn't. Instead, while hubby and the kids had cake, I had a Nestle Diet Chocolate Mousse. I like eating those, plus it's on my list of safe foods I am allowed to eat as an evening snack.
For dinner I had lots of veggies, and a burger we got from the local butchers. Not as fatty as ones you would get at the supermarket, but I still am a little concerned about it. I don't know how fatty it actually was. Hopefully I am safe.
Sunday is my first official weigh in. I've been following the Kate Morgan Weight Loss Plan here in Australia since last Sunday. Not easy, but I have been sticking with it. Really looking forward to seeing how much I lost.
