I was doing soooo good! Since January third I was exercising everyday and eating a LOT better. Not to mention I completely cut out pop! Then Michael came back around this past week and I have completely fallen of the wagon. NO motivation what so ever, and stuffing anything and everything in my mouth! Why do I get this way when he comes around???

@ 8:28am ET on February 9, 2010 I go through something similar. I'm married and my husband is a happy enabler. He doesn't realize the damage that unhealthy eating does to me emotionally and he doesn't care about the physical impact because he's happy with the way I look even though I've gained weight(40#) since we got married. Sometimes I have to sit him down and say "serious talk time". I want to do something about the way I've been eating and I could really use your help. Guys sometimes just really need you to spell out what you need from them.
@ 12:50pm ET on February 9, 2010 It's hard when you're in a relationship...especially once you're married and you're past the point of trying to "look good" for your significant other. My hubby tempts me sometimes with chocolate or whatnot but I've gotten better at turning him down...I tell him he's trying to sabotage me! ~Sara :o)
@ 2:50pm ET on February 10, 2010 Same here with my boyfriend. When we have our ups and downs and we are not around eachother i do soooo WELL, Then when he comes back i start eating again like nothing. I've done what Brookelyn did and sat him down to tell him i want to lose weight and that helped a LOT! He wants me to feel healthy and i'm sure look better for him. =) Now he's like a warden sometimes when i want to pick up a cookie. LOL It helps a lot when i do my mindless eating. heheh
